This is the user agreement between the user (User, you) and Risk Books (Risk Books, we). Please read these terms and conditions of use (Terms and Conditions) before using the Risk Books' website (Site).
The site
The site is offered to you by Risk Books (Risk Books is an imprint of Incisive Financial Publishing Ltd). Risk Books is based at Haymarket House, 28-29 Haymarket, London SW1Y 4RX, UK.

Pricing
Risk Books aim to provide the most accurate information on book prices at all times. We supply items at the Risk Books’ stated price except where a specific discount is offered. On the occasion of Risk Books offering discounts, the terms of the special offer will be detailed on the web page relating to the offer. We reserve the right to change prices on any of our titles.
Availability
All titles are supplied dependent on availability. If we have run out of stock of a particular title, we will inform you of this, and provide an estimate of when the title will be dispatched. Please look at our forthcoming page for details on titles not yet published.
Goods and services
Information on all titles produced by Risk Books is featured on the book page for each title on this site.
Privacy of your data
Risk Books takes the privacy and the security of the information you provide to us very seriously. Risk Books does not sell, trade or rent any of your personal details to any third party. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Risk Books stores and processes data strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Payment methods
Full payment for all orders is required at the time of ordering.

The credit cards we accept are: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Purchasing, Mastercard, Amex and Solo
Cheque
Cheques should be made payable to: Incisive Financial Publishing Ltd
Bank transfer
If you would like to make a bank transfer, please contact Customer Services for details. Incisive Media will not incur bank charges as a result of payments via this method.
Proforma invoice
Please note, titles are dispatched on receipt of payment.
We accept payments in £ sterling, US dollars and Euros.

VAT
Books are currently zero-rated, but many contracts, forms, audio, video tapes, and electronic products are subject to VAT at the standard rate. If there is any change in legislation, VAT will be applicable at the standard rate in accordance with such changes. Risk Books' VAT registration number is GB 756 8781 65.

Returns
We are happy for you to return items that are in their original condition, but all returns requests must be made within 14 days from receipt of book. The customer pays postage except where the wrong title has been dispatched.
If you would like to return items to Risk Books please contact our customer service department at books@incisivemedia.com or alternatively call +44 (0)870 240 8859, where the necessary instructions about returning items will be given. Also contact our customer service department if you would like to return items because of an error on our part or if the item is defective.
Discounts
Risk Books provides discounted pricing on certain items, information on which will be displayed on promotions and our website (www.riskbooks.com). Special offers cannot be backdated to previous purchases.
